About WLNQ
The Wildlife Law News Quarterly (WLNQ) is a subscription-based publication that reports on the latest developments in the area of wildlife law and policy. Concise articles on state, federal and provincial cases, attorney general opinions, and major legislative developments are reported, as well as federal rules pertaining to threatened and endangered species. Guest articles and editorials are welcome. The Quarterly was the brainchild of the Legal Committee of the International Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies. Members felt the need for a central place to read about the latest developments in wildlife law, including conservation and protection, enforcement of wildlife laws, and recurring legal issues surrounding wildlife management and policy.
